Interactive Site Maps (ISMs), also known as Interactive Site Plans (ISPs), enlighten and engage home buyers by allowing them to visualize site-specific floor plan availability for every homesite. Builders may show lot premiums, views from each homesite, and so much more.
Freestanding or Fully Integtated
Freestanding: Features clickable lots with pop-outs for notes, which may include anything from available floorplans to lot premiums. Lot status can be updated from the backend or via API.
Fully Integrated: With this upgrade, homebuyers see elevations of available homes. From here they can access IFPs with accompanying VR tours, visualizers, or other digital assets you would like to incorporate.
